Marianne has great knowledge of the entire GTA market, and she is up to date with the latest changing trends in the housing sector. In my experience, she was patient and always paid keen attention to what I liked/disliked about the units I wanted. As a result, we were able to zero down on the unit real quick, and she would filter results, and pass on only those which which she thought was relevant. Everytime we would go for a viewing, she seemed to know all about the building, neighbourhood, proximity to certain parts of the city, local commute options, supermarket, schools etc. Not only this, she does a thorough market assessment to inform her clients of the recent sales in the area so that her clients pay the right price, not just any price.
