MARIANNE KNEZOVIC

Sales Representative

Marianne has been helping people buy and sell real estate across the GTA since 2005. She was involved in leading business development and marketing efforts for what started as a team of two and quickly became one of the top real estate teams in Canada (#53 of 17,400 agents, 2016). At the same time, she achieved top spot in sales behind the team leader in 2016.

Marianne founded Storey Collective in 2019 after continued success as an independent agent, earning the Royal LePage Award of Excellence in 2018 for attaining the Royal LePage President’s Gold Award (top 6 to 10 per cent in her marketplace) for 5 out of 7 consecutive years. She is also in the top 3.89% of 53,544 agents licensed through the Toronto Real Estate Board, achieving over 15+ transactions a year consistently.

Marianne is a focused listener, able advisor and fierce yet fair advocate for her clients. Across her many years of experience she continues to be known for her intuition and diligence while employing encouragement and genuine concern as she creates a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction.

Marianne has an undergraduate degree in Geography with a core concentration in Urban Planning. Using her knowledge of design and organization of urban space and activities, Marianne excels at finding properties that yield the best return for buyers.

Previous to real estate sales, Marianne co-founded an e-commerce website from concept to launch, establishing a discernible online presence for her business via SEO and online marketing strategies. Through her sales and marketing experience, Marianne has extensive knowledge of web-based marketing solutions that enhance property exposure and provide unique solutions to enrich client’s selling and buying experience.
